Chatham Street Lights

OVERVIEW In 1992, Chatham Rotary donated $27,000 for the purchase and installation of 17 new vintage streetlights in and around Main Street in Chatham.  This was a large project to support Chatham’s downtown renovations.  Walk through the town today, and you will still be guided by the beautiful lighting along the way.  

Competition Alley

OVERVIEW Competition Alley is the last street left from when the town of Chatham was — from 1807 until about 1852 — known as Competition.
